ABOUT ME...

MEET realtor and fellow kababayan...

Hey, I'm Fritzie!

Over 35 years ago, I made the life-changing journey from the Philippines to Michigan—a move inspired by family, as my mom’s sister and her family had already made this state their home. Coming from the warm, tropical climate of the Philippines, I was instantly captivated by Michigan’s magical four seasons. From the vibrant colors of fall to the peaceful hush of winter snow, each season offered something new to appreciate, and each Michigan city I’ve lived in has added something special to my story.

Through the years, my love for this state and its diverse communities has only deepened. I found my calling in real estate, where I now help individuals and families find their own place to call home here in Southeast Michigan. I'm a certified listing agent, certified digital marketer, community market leader, and negotiation expert—but more than that, I'm passionate about connecting people and building community through the work I do.

My background in digital marketing has become one of my biggest strengths in real estate. I’ve also used those skills to give back—volunteering my time to help small businesses and local causes increase their visibility online. I’m especially passionate about supporting efforts that promote equity and inclusion across race, gender, religion, and beyond. I’ve even helped promote the Philippine American Cultural Center of Michigan’s (PACCM) Philippine Language School to get thousands of views for their fundraising event.

I’m proud to serve on the Education and Tech Committee at the North Oakland County Board of Realtors (NOCBOR), where I get to contribute to innovation in our industry. I share another part of my background by teaching self-defense techniques to fellow realtors—an empowering way to help my colleagues feel more confident and secure.

Every piece of my journey—from the Philippines to Michigan, from family ties to professional passion—has shaped who I am today. I’m proud to serve my community not just as a realtor, but as a neighbor, advocate, and lifelong learner.
